Sugar Please Productions, LLC is a Washington-based business offering, among other things, workshops, events, coaching, consulting, speaking, content, strategy, production services, digital products, and physical products, including books.

7. Pricing and Availability
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, typographical, or availability errors at any time, including after an order or registration is submitted.
A registration, order acknowledgment, or payment receipt does not guarantee continued availability if an error has occurred.
8. Refunds, Transfers, and Event Policies
Unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific offer, the following applies to workshops and events:
Tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final.
If you are unable to attend, your registration may be applied to the next event, at our discretion and subject to availability.
If the event is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund.
We reserve the right to change speakers, schedules, formats, locations, agendas, bonuses, or other event details when reasonably necessary.
If a specific product, service, or offer has a different refund or cancellation policy, that separate policy will control.
9. Digital Products and Downloads
When you purchase or receive a digital product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for your personal or internal business use only, unless we explicitly state otherwise.
You may not:
reproduce, resell, sublicense, share, post, upload, distribute, or commercially exploit the digital product
remove proprietary notices
claim our work as your own
use our content to create competing products or derivative offers without permission
10. Physical Products
For physical products, including books, we may use third-party fulfillment, shipping, or processing providers. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title transfer may pass according to the applicable sales arrangement and carrier handling. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses submitted by customers, customs issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not record, reproduce, livestream, screenshot for redistribution, republish, upload, post, teach from, or otherwise share our paid materials, workshops, presentations, videos, downloads, coaching materials, or digital products.
13. Testimonials, Reviews, and “Magic Makers”
We may publish testimonials, reviews, comments, endorsements, or case studies from clients, participants, collaborators, or project partners, including what we refer to as Magic Makers. By submitting a testimonial, review, photo, video, quote, comment, or related content to us, you grant us permission to use, edit, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute that content for marketing, promotional, educational, and business purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If you participate in our events, workshops, or services, photos, video clips, recordings, or related media may be captured and used for promotional or business purposes unless we state otherwise or you have a separate written agreement with us.
Testimonials and endorsements used in advertising should be truthful and not deceptive, and material connections should be disclosed when required. The FTC’s endorsement guidance and its consumer reviews/testimonials rule address deceptive or unfair review and testimonial practices.
